Athletic Speed University and Parisi Speed School NE Ohio bring an athletically based training and education system utilized by children and adults to enhance performance. Bill Parisi has been developing successful techniques to improve speed and agility in young athletes for over 23 years.  The Parisi network has grown to over 90 locations in 31 states across the US as well as several locations internationally. Parisi Speed School of Northeast Ohio opened its doors in 2020.

 

Our Parisi staff of specialists will provide your athlete with the tools they need to perform at their highest level. We build athletes by providing them with a foundation of specific training methods for building speed, strength, power and flexibility and teaching them how each applies to their sport. We build athletes in a positive training environment that empowers, educates and inspires.

Don’t Mess With the Best

In February 2020, Ryan Black brought me in one day to workout with Jason Davidson.  At that time I was probably 180 lbs. and benching 165 for 1.  After working out with Jason for 4 months I put on 20 pounds of muscle and bench went up to 215.  I showed up to our first summer football practice in better shape then everybody else.  After 2 years of training with Jason Davidson my bench is 265 lbs. and weighing 210 lbs.

Both my son (Aaron) and daughter (Alison) have worked out with Jason Davison.  Jason helped my son unlock his potential on the football field by increasing his strength and explosiveness.  The instruction he provided and confidence Jason nurtured still helps him to this day.  My daughter started with Jason with the goal of strengthen her hips and legs to avoid knee injury in common girls competing athletically.  Alison will continue to work with Jason through the rest of her high school career. Her new goals are to become stronger and increase speed along with leaping ability.  With Jason's guidance these goals will be met.  As a parent I liked the idea of focused one-on-one / small group training to make sure the exercises and techniques were done correctly to avoid injury.  I highly recommend trying a session or two with Jason to see what it takes to get to the next level.

I owe a lot to Jason in the way that he has helped me progress athletically.  When I first started working out with him, i was very skinny with no muscle and no real knowledge of lifting.  Immediately after I started training with him, I could see significate in progress in myself and my athletic capabilities. I put on at least 20 pounds of muscle in what seemed like no time at all.  Jason tremendously helped me with my high school basketball career making me a stronger, more explosive guard going into my junior and senior years.  I highly recommend Jason's training to all athletes or anyone who is looking to become stronger and more fit.
